glad to hear i’m not the only one feeling tired this morning after last nights consumption.  but then I come over here and find you’ve written a page and a half, plus posted more amazing pictures—you’ve made me feel guilty for having taken a blog day off.  :)

that was a wonderful story of Roselle.  we often take our pets for granted, when really they have more strength and loyalty than 99% of the best humans.  well, dogs at least do.  my cats would have run like hell down the stairs and left me back on the 78th.

yeah, that’s why you don’t hear too much about people’s service cats.  Miniature horses, pot-bellied pigs, monkeys and birds - sure.  But a cat’s main service is to create felt cocktail weenies, and there’s not too many of us who need that kind of help.

great, now i’m misty-eyed over the pups AND envious of the Chuckles & P consumption event I didn’t get to horn in on.

dude, speak for yourself.  how can we talk smack about someone who’s sitting right there?

There is a tribute to the canine heroes of Sept 11. It is amazingly moving. I’m not sure why. But look at the picture of a dog curled up for a nap in a wheelbarrow, and tell me you don’t think he deserves his rest.

(Tip: turn your speakers off, unless you like Mariah Carey. I didn’t think so.)

dude, thanks for that incredible link, and for the advice regarding the speakers.  The site is amazing.  Kel will be so psyched to see it!
