What if, and I am going to use an extreme example here because that is the way I am. What if after some one finally got the “Under God” removed they decided that wasn’t enough? See that curch over there on the corner? Built in 1812, well the cross on top has to come down now because someone thought we were forcing them to worship God. “I am sorry sir but you will have to remove your kippot in here, the gentleman behind you was offended”
If you don’t think it can happen then just sit back and watch because it is just a matter of time before someone decides to try it or something equally outrageous.
No I do not agree with congress, they are wrong to do that. It is not there place to tell the court what it can and can’t hear. Of course it was congress who added “Under God” in 1954 so they are just protecting their territory.

Dude—who out there cares? Is anyone out there? ACLU, where are you?
