Everyone loves “Saved,” and I don’t know why. It’s one of those movies where I could predict every beat of the plot from the first five minutes, right down to it’s “We’re making fun of Christianity but we’ll still have a feel-good moral about the positive power of faith” ending.” (Not that there’s anything wrong with that--it’s just predictable.) I liked a lot of the performances, though.

I loved Saved but that’s mostly because I’m a heathen. Love poking fun at religion (It’s the bitter catholic in me). Plus, I figure I’m already going to hell, might as well make it as easy on God as possible. I’m helpful that way. It’s not the best movie I’ve seen this year but it’s by far my favorite.

Fuck! See, I knew getting to the theater just as The Incredibles started wasn’t such a good thing. I can’t believe I’ve yet to see the trailer for Star Wars. This may just warrant a trip back to the theater. I do get in for free after all. It’s no big thing.

Well if your underpaid clerk was anything like mine then you should be proud. I believe the last comment I had was “do you want me to cover as much as I can with the matt?”

Nobody likes a smart ass!

WOW!  What a weekend!  I manage to go out to dinner with some friends this weekend but I haven’t made it to the movies in ages!

For extra fun, give Razzles to your dog and watch him try to figure it out.
