Interesting essay, and wonderful photos as well. The pics remind me of a story I heard about a photographer (I believe in NYC) who has taken photos of manhole covers all throughout the city. Made me look at the streets in a whole new way.

Wow. I’m loving these. The FUN one is just great! But it feels like a burden. The word FUN in big letters etched into cement. A weight to it.
