i saw something very similar on Market St last friday, only mine had more Jesus and less CIA.  a co-worker of mine tore it down and read it out loud to us as we walked back to the office—it was pretty funny to hear.  and the looks we were getting from passers by were priceless.  man, that author had to be seriously messed up!
