Personally I’ve fallen in love with Xiao’s Blend from Peet’s. It’s a soft, gentle evening tea...at least in my house anyway. I prefer coffee in the morning, a strong, dark, flavorful coffee but, like you, I would rather it didn’t taste like anything other than coffee.

I tried some Russian tea, I’m asking my daughter to bring me the real thing when she goes next month. At the moment we drink Tetley’s draw string (tea)

One of my favorite places in the world is the Murchee’s in downtown Victoria, BC. It’s a tea shop and it’s always a must see when I’m there. After trying all the blends, I still stick with English Breakfast - loose. Friday morning I made the perfect cup of tea and it’s just that perfect moment when the tea, honey, and milk are in perfect balance.

I should send you some of my home-mixed Chai. It’s to DIE for.
