shut up and pass me the left overs of that philly cheesestake.

shut up and pass me the left overs of that philly cheesestake.

Chuckles - you win “The Geek of The Week” award from me, dude! Posting at the ballpark?! What would The Bambino have said about that? (OK, he’d have absolutely no idea what you did, since he wouldn’t know what a pc or blog is, but still...)

Does SBC Park have wi-fi? And just what IS SBC Park—do they change the name every year?

Jules - ya don’t want it. believe me.
Pete and Erin - yeah I’ll rub it in, we lost by like 4000 runs but I had a great time anyway. The park is set up to cater to the geek crowd anyway - there was a monitor with net access in our “clubroom!”
Bill - the whole stadium is wi-fi’d but I used a landline and a cpu that resided in our private little room. The ultimate in cybersporting - I was watching televised basketball while blogging at the ballpark (which changes its name as often as the company that sponsors it does - Pacific Bell was bought by SBC so the park name changed).
Enough basking in recollection. Time to go to work. Eurgh, ballpark cheesesteak....

I used to think it was dweeby to make cell phone calls from Disneyland… I mean, c’mon, relax a LITTLE… but blogging from the ballpark? tsk tsk
A whole new frontier in nerdishness.

guys - I was always a geek. Y’all just didn’t know it yet.
Now you do.
