visual confirmation

I mentioned a dog.  Folk are posting pictures of their dogs.  I just got a nice one of mine, from my mom.  Please also note other important Chucklehut props: the red soob, the greenbelt across the street, the ample san francisco parking, and of course, my lilsis.  Thanks for your publicity release, Evi, I’ll have your share of royalties stuffed in a schnecken and couriered over post-haste.  And for anyone who doesn’t think this is a damn fine dog, you must need your monitor adjusted.  Cosmo rocks, even if he’s rocking a little bit slower these days.

holy cow.  that dog could swallow my beagle whole.  and i thought boxers had big heads.  that is a fine-looking dog, dan.  what kind of dog is he?  he looks like he wears size-8 shoes.

He’s an SPCA special, but he looks and acts like he’s mostly bullmastiff.  He wears some mighty big shoes but he treads very lightly.

Ok, so your dog could eat my dog for a light midnight snack. Beyond that, he looks like a big sweetie.

That brindle coat and big head makes him look a lot like a Catahoola (State dog of Louisiana) also called a Leopard Dog.  Bred to work on cattle farms...he might have some Catahoola in him as well as a lot of Bull Mastiff too.  What a lovely, lovely dog.

Adorable.  My dog (who’s quite big as well) would never in a million years pose so sweetly.  I have to catch him when he’s sleeping.  Cosmo rocks, indeed.
